Shipping policy
Shipment processing time
Digital orders are processed immediately and do not involve any shipping.
All other orders are processed within 2-3 business days which does not include weekends or holidays. If, for any reason, your order is delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We use the current USPS rates to calculate shipping to your address.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We're not able to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email or text message (depending on your notification preferences) with a confirmation and your tracking number.
Customs, duties, and taxes
DPNAK, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
DPNAK, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or danielle@dpnak.com directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
