"In Case of Emergency" Contact Template for Wedding Planners (Google Doc Template)
As a wedding planner, you likely have backup plans for every single event you plan. But it's important to have a plan in case of your OWN emergency.
This "In Case Of Emergency" document is a Google Doc template designed to be edited and customized by you.
This document includes a beautiful layout to easily view and understand your client contact information, staff contact, personal emergency contacts, local network planner contacts, and other critical information should you become unable to fulfill your duties due to an emergency.
It is recommended to have a "person" that has access to this document and, in the case of an emergency, would be able to step in to take care of business while you are incapacitated. Because if something were to happen to you, your spouse/parent/sibling/child will be more focused on your own wellbeing. Designating someone outside of this circle will give you and them peace of mind that your clients will still be taken care of or at the very least updated as needed in the interim.
